This Cookie Policy applies to public Xeotype websites, including xeotype.com, hub.xeotype.com, robotics.xeotype.com, prints.xeotype.com when launched, and related landing pages operated by XEOTYPE SRL.
It explains how cookies, server logs, browser storage, embedded content and similar technologies may be used when you visit Xeotype public websites.
The current public Xeotype ecosystem is designed to be lightweight. Xeotype does not intentionally set advertising, behavioural tracking, retargeting or profiling cookies on these static presentation websites.
Some pages may still trigger technical requests to hosting infrastructure, font providers, linked services, email clients or third-party platforms when you interact with links or embedded elements. Those services may apply their own technologies and policies.
Even when no optional cookies are used, websites normally process technical data required to deliver pages and keep the service secure. This can include IP address, requested URL, browser type, device information, timestamp, referrer, status code and security events.
These records are generally handled through hosting, web server, security or diagnostic logs. They are used to deliver the requested page, detect technical errors, prevent abuse, investigate incidents and protect the website.
Xeotype does not currently use its public ecosystem websites to run optional analytics cookies, advertising pixels, heatmaps, cross-site tracking or behavioural profiling. If such tools are added later, this policy will be updated and a consent mechanism will be provided where required by law before optional cookies are used.
Examples of future optional tools could include website analytics, embedded maps, embedded video, live chat, anti-spam providers, advertising measurement or enhanced form processing.
Some Xeotype pages may load external font files or visual resources to display the website correctly. When your browser requests those files, the provider may receive technical request data such as IP address, browser information and requested resource. Xeotype does not use these requests for advertising profiling.
Xeotype websites may link to or embed resources from external services such as WhatsApp, email clients, video platforms, social media, MakerWorld, Patreon, MobilityCloud, partner websites, domain-specific Xeotype websites or delivery/payment providers in the future.
When you click an external link or load an embedded resource, that third party may set cookies, read cookies, collect usage data or process technical information according to its own policies. Xeotype does not control those third-party practices.
Some forms may open your email client or WhatsApp instead of storing the request directly on the website. In that case, the data is sent only when you choose to send the message through the selected channel.
If Xeotype later adds interactive preferences, product configurators, carts, order forms or saved settings, browser storage or cookies may be used to remember choices. Any non-essential use will be described and, where required, controlled by consent.
You can block, delete or restrict cookies and site data in your browser settings. You can also use private browsing modes or browser privacy features to limit storage and cross-site tracking.
Blocking strictly necessary technologies may make some websites unusable. The current Xeotype public pages should remain generally readable without optional cookies, but external services may behave differently.
If Xeotype introduces optional cookies in the future, the website will provide a way to accept, reject or change non-essential cookie preferences where required. Consent will not be requested for technologies that are strictly necessary to provide a service explicitly requested by the user.
This policy may be updated as Xeotype websites, hosting, forms, analytics, embedded media or product pages evolve. The latest version will be published here.
